Job Vacancy For Driver
Job brief
• Driver needed to transport an individual to and fro as and when the need be.
• Driver’s responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.
• To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car.
Responsibilities
• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
• Will see to the ICT needs of clients.
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as a Driver.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to use google map.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
• Availability to occasionally work on weekends.
• Willing to make travels within Ghana of a maximum hour of 5 hours.
• A polite and professional disposition.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
• A high school certificate or higher.
• Should live in Ashaley-botwe (chop bar) or very close.
ADDITIONS
Should have good ICT knowledge in:
• Checking and replying of emails.
• Ability to use Microsoft word and print documents.
• Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint and print documents.
• Ability to search online using search engines.
