Job Vacancy For Assets Management Manager
Ghana Water Company Limited is seeking to recruit suitably qualified applicants for the position of: Assets Management Manager
Key Accountabilities
• Assess and manage risks associated with current assets
• Work to maximize returns and minimize losses on assets and investments
• Analyze and evaluate porfolio progress and enact necessary changes
• Analyze property value timeline to forecast for future estimated value
• Work collaboratively with and report to the Asset Management Team
• Monitor and manage assets from acquisition to disposition
• Strategically advise on what actions to take on company assets
• Create, organize and maintain the company’s portfolios.
• Administer risk analysis surveys to determine their risk profile
• Assess current asset status, their future needs and investment goals
• Effectively manage assets according to investment preferences
• Collaborate with the Asset Management Team to accurately evaluate assets
• Manage financial modeling for capital investment appraisal
• Demonstrate interest in Water Utility Management with the ability to develop quantitative models for decision making, demand forecasting in repair and replacement

Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a Finance / Investment/Economics background
• A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage
• Professional certificate from a reputable certifying body
Experience
• A minimum of 10 years relevant post-degree working experience
• Experience in project management
• Proven experience in risk insurance management
