Husband’s Plot to Kill Wife, In-Law, and Stepson Backfires As Chief Priest Calls Police, Which Leads To His Arrest.

A man seeking to eliminate his wife, brother-in-law, and stepson for their property approached a chief priest in Amasaman several days before the ritual.

Unknown to him, the priest, Nana Akorli, abhorred violence and collaborated with the authorities to apprehend the suspect. The incident, which happened in a suburb of Amasaman, has left many people surprised.

The man who is in his late 40s approached Nana Akorli, desiring to “kill” his wife, brother-in-law, and stepson to acquire their possessions. The stepson, residing in Canada, was improving his life and supporting the family he left behind in Ghana; hence, he became a target as well.

Instead of fulfilling the request, Nana Akorli feigned agreement and initiated a pretence of “killing rituals.” He contacted the suspect’s brother-in-law, a friend of the priest, informing him of the sinister plan.
