For the academic year 2024–2025, the Ministry of Health has officially activated the online admissions site. Qualified candidates are asked to submit an application for admission to any of Ghana’s public health training institutions from Monday, April 8, to Friday, June 331st, 2024.

All health training colleges are furnished with a wealth of training materials and resources from across The Global Health Network for all your research training and continued professional development needs.

The diversity of instructors and students allow for dynamic learning environment. There are up to date classrooms very comfortable. All courses are offered on site, so no travel to another location is required except for your school coordinated externship/clinical experiences.

2024/2025 INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATIONS INTO HEALTH TRAINING INSTITUTIONS 

The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the general public that online admissions portal for the 2023-2024 academic year will officially open from Monday 8 April 2024 to Friday 31^st May, 2024. Applicants are invited from qualified candidates for entry into any of the Public Health Training Institutions in Ghana.

Applicants must note:

1. All purchased vouchers are valid up to 5th June 2024 if not used.
2. No postage envelopes are required as all correspondence will be via SMS or E-mail.
3. Purchase application codes from any Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or GCB Bank Plc. (GCB) branches at a cost of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC200.00).

2. Upon payment, applicants will receive a voucher, giving them a unique PIN and Serial Number.
3. Have a dedicated phone number and a personal valid e-mail address for all correspondence. [Please NOTE: Do not use the email address of relations]
4. Have your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address
5. Use the PIN code and Serial Number to access the application form online at https://healthtraining-gov.gh
6. Note that the online registration form is accessible only by the PIN and Serial Number.
7. Follow the instructions carefully and fill in the relevant stages of the admission process once the online application is opened for the health training.
8. Use the PIN and Serial Number to track the status of the admission process.
9. Note that only applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the Health Training Institutions of choice.
