Dumsor Maintenance Timetable for Accra Out

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has released a one-day dumsor maintenance timetable for Accra. While several areas in the capital have been experiencing unannounced power cuts, the ECG has disclosed that on 17th December 2024, it will undertake planned maintenance in some parts of Accra.

The affected locations will be without power until the maintenance team completes their work for the day. Power will be cut to over 10 major towns from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

According to the ECG, the affected areas include the following:
Edusa, Obeyeyie, Doblo Gonnor, Akramaman, Taifa, Odorkor, Awoshie, Darkuman, Kwashieman, Mallam, McCarthy Hill, Sakaman, and surrounding areas.

The management of ECG expressed regret for the inconvenience that the dumsor maintenance works will cause to businesses and residents in the affected areas.
