According to the update, it said it had been stopped from screening the latest undercover investigative piece titled Galamsey Economy” at the Accra International Conference Centre which was scheduled for this Monday and Tuesday (14th and 15th) of November 2022.
The press release further stated that this latest development was made known to the Tiger Eye P.I on Saturday, 12th November 2022 indicated that the venue was no longer available after the investigative team had made a 30% down payment per the contract.
Tiger Eye P.I apologized to the general public for the sad turn of events adding that Tickets already sold out are still valid for a new venue to be announced later.
A similar tactic was used to prevent the premiering of other investigative pieces and movies that were perceived to be negative publicity for the government however we cannot independently confirm the real reasons behind this unfortunate situation as Ghanaians were looking forward to the Galamsey Economy.
