The following are the general UTME entry requirements for students who wish to attend university.

Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics, as well as three additional subjects relevant to their selected course.
The five credit passes must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
Candidates must take the JAMB UTME examination and achieve a minimum score of 140, which is the university’s general cut-off mark for the 2024/2025 session.
