Come For Your Passports, They Are Ready – Foreign Affairs Ministry Tells Ghanaian Passport Applicants
The ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration has sent a message to all Ghanaian passport applicants to go for their printed passports at various passport collection centers as soon as possible.
According to the ministry, over 30,000 passports are yet to be collected in Accra and Kumasi Passport centers alone. The ministry is therefore urging all applicants to go in for their printed passports as to enable them renew it when it expires.
“The ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration wishes to inform the general public, particularly passport applicants about the urgent need for them to collect their printed passports from the various Passport Application Centers.
“The ministry is concerned that even though applicants have been informed through text messages that their passports have been printed and sent to the various Passport Application centers, must of them are yet to be collected. Accra and Kumasi Passport Application Centers alone have about thirty thousand(30,000) uncollected passports.
“In view of the above, the ministry is calling on passports applicants who are yet to collect their passports to visit their respective Passport Application Centers to do so as they would be required for future renewal.”

2. Promotion of the settlement of international disputes through peaceful means;
3. Adherence to the principles enshrined in the Charter and aims or ideals of the United Nations, the African Union, the ECOWAS, the Commonwealth and the Non-Aligned Movement.
