The decision by Dr. Stephen Moore To Send His Teaching Assistants to America For Further Studies Is An Uncommon Choice Which Aims At Developing His Teaching Assistants.

Dr. Stephen Moore is a UCC lecturer and is well-known in the field of Computational Scientist and Mathematics at the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
His efforts toward developing his TAs into world-class academic scholars have seen him invest time and effort into the education of several students, so these students can pursue Master’s and Ph.D. programmes through scholarships abroad.
He has gained popularity in recent times when his secret support efforts came to light. Dr. Moore is actually doing more than his colleagues across the country.
Ghanaians love people in authority who are selfless hence, praises have been hipped on him by the rank and file and his colleagues in academia.
Many more Ghanaians have called on other lecturers, Associate Professors and Proffers in both public and private universities in Ghana to also follow the good steps of Dr. Moore.

Per information gathered by GhanaeEducation, Dr. Moore’s decision to personally help guide not less than 7 of his Teaching Assistants to pursue higher degrees in Universities in America for every Teaching Assistant that is dedicated to his or her work under his tutelage and extensive network and expertise.
Data sighted by Ghana Education shows that out of the seven students who have benefited from his benevolence and guidance, six are pursuing their Masters while one is pursuing his Ph.D.
The news that several Teaching Assistants at UCC have been accepted into prestigious institutions has been met with great joy and pride by the entire academic community. Dr. Moore’s mentorship has played a significant role in this success, as he has invested heavily in his TAs’ professional development. This investment has laid the foundation for their academic success and future contributions to their respective fields.
