Full List of 91 Hospitals To Face Power Disconnection By ECG Due to GHC261m Debt

Recent reports that the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) is about disconnect the power supply to about 91 hospitals across the country due to huge debts owed have been rising. It has been alleged that ECG is about to undergo a disconnection exercise which will affect about 91 hospitals due to debts owed. Below is the full list of all 91 hospitals to face power disconnection.

Full List of 91 Hospitals To Face Power Disconnection Due to GHC261m Debt

The debt owed by the various hospitals amounts to GH₵261 million. Reports have it that the facilities will be disconnected 48 hours after receiving a demand notice.

This is part of ECG’s effort to mobilize revenue from customers.

Accra Academy, Parliaent, and Accra Sports Stadium, among others, have recently been affected by the ongoing exercise.
