Ghanaians Are “Blasting” Kwame Sefa Kayi Because Of This Reason

Ghanaians Are “Blasting” Kwame Sefa Kayi Because Of This Reason. Award-winning broadcast journalist, Kwame Sefa Kayi, is trending on social media. And this began after an interview he had with his colleague journalist, Abeiku Santana, on Okay FM somewhere in 2016, popped up. In that video, the host of the popular Kokrooko Show, Kwame Sefa Kay, did nothing but criticize the then former President. Abeiku Santana asked him this question, “Can’t you show me one unique thing that the President, John Dramani Mahama has done? You are a broadcast journalist. You can do a fair analysis about his analysis for me.”
In response, Kwame Sefa Kayi said, “I am not qualified to speak about his achievements. But I can say for a fact that he has two problems. Both of them start with a capital D; Dumsor and Dollar. I leave the “praising job” for those who are paid to do that. I have not been paid to sing his praises.
Ghanaians Are “Blasting” Kwame Sefa Kayi Because Of This Reason
Criticizing the then President John Dramani Mahama is not the problem. The problem and reason for which Kwame Sefa Kayi is trending is that, he has remained silent under this administration. The reason is simple. He is a beneficiary of Nana Addo’s “party loyals” appointments.
It will be rather fair if Kwame Sefa Kayi equally criticizes the current Nana Addo-led administration. Especially when Ghanaians are experiencing more than twice the hardship they faced under Mahama’s regime.
