Why am I not able to see my schools after going through the School Choices Verification steps?

There are reasons why your attempts to see the schools you have selected are unsuccessful. A wrongly entered Index number or date of birth can prevent you from successfully checking the schools.

Again, entering the wrong Token or Code could be a factor or your inability to receive the token for the process.

Some parents and guardians may be unsuccessful with their School Choices Verification if the traffic to the site is so high making it difficult for the site to process all requests.

Finally, if the Ministry of Education has not activated the School Choices Verification from its end, every effort you put in may yield no positive result.

What to do if you have the Token for School Choices Verification

If you have the token already, then click on [Already have token].
