How to Pass the 2024 BECE and 2024 WASSCE for Serious Students Only
#1. Take your mock examinations seriously, and do not chase over Apor.
It has become a common practice in Ghana that when students are even preparing for mock examinations, they go around looking for answers to questions to buy.
How on earth can you focus to learn and test yourself the right way if you are thinking about getting leaked examination papers? There are instances where students will call or ask the Education-New Consult Team for mock Apor.
“Can I get the Best Brain Mock for January? Do you have this mock and that mock? Once you start doing this, your results will not reflect your true readiness, especially if you manage to gain access to mock questions prior to the mock and only enter the examination hall to pour in what you have just memorised for the purposes of passing the examination.
Study and polish your question-answering skills; revise and prepare well.
#2. Resolve the mock questions you attempted in the exam hall.
How will you feel as a student getting ready for the BECE or WASSCE if WAEC asks a mock question in the final exam that you didn’t choose or answer during the mock? Well, I guess you will fill in because you did not help yourself.
This is one of the biggest mistakes to avoid if you want to excel in the 2024 BECE or 2024 WASSCE.
Ensure that you solve or attempt all mock questions you did not choose or answer in your mock. Such questions often show you your areas of weakness for each subject.
No one decided in their right frame of mind not to answer the questions they could confidently answer in an examination. However, we all avoid questions because we lack enough quality answers for mocks, end-of-term examinations, etc.
If you want to pass the BECE or WASSCE, be ready for any question thrown at you by WAEC.
- Resolve all mock questions after each mock.
- Solve all the mock questions you did not choose in the mock.
- Revise all the topics related to the questions you did not answer in each mock you wrote in your school.

#3. Study with only serious students and groups, and you must also be serious with your books.
Preparing for either the BECE or WASSCE is not a home-away movie or a walk-ahead mindset. You need to have others who know what you do not know so that you can seek their help. In the same way, those who lack it will also contact you.
This means that getting to study with others who are equally good and want to pass their examination is good. However, you must be as serious as whoever you are joining forces with as a study group or partner.

Learn topics and subtopics and teach your friends in the team. Let them do the same. Also, have a time for asking open questions and getting someone in the team to answer.
Teach your classmates what you learn or study. This method of revision helps you to recall what you have learned. The more you can teach it, the better and easier it will be for you if you write the same information as answers in your mock and main exams.
#4. Create and follow a personal study timetable and routine.
Ensure that you do not put more than one calculation-related subject or topic on the same day in your personal timetable.
Do not be like a student without direction or a student without a guiding map or timetable. Make a simple but effective timetable for each day and study based on it. In studying, pay more attention to subjects that give you challenges and work hard to maintain the routine.

#5. Study and learn smart, not hard.
When studying, find easy ways to understand what you learn. Use acronyms, diagrams, and mind maps to help you easily retain what you learn. Do not learn for long hours without breaks in between your studies. Every hour of study should have a 10 to 15-minute break.
