I Don’t Want To Talk About LGBTQ+ – Jackie Appiah Finally Speaks.

I Don’t Want To Talk About LGBTQ+ – Jackie Appiah Finally Speaks.
The issue of LGBTQ+ has become an issue of Public Interest. Ghanaians are expecting all people, especially those in the higher authority to declare their stand on the issue. LGBTQ+ is recently trending after the arrival of the Vice President of the United States of America Harris Kamala. The people of the United States of America are of the view that LGBTQ+ is a matter of fundamental Human rights and not an issue that has to do with crime or illegalities.
However, the norms of those people are far different from what we uphold in this country. The white does not support polygamy but they gave legal backing to LGBTQ+. Previously, President Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo kicked against LGBTQ+ under his tenure as the President of the Republic of Ghana.
On this matter of discussion, Jackie Appiah happens to be one of the panelists on UTV on a show dubbed united showbiz. On the show, other guests express their views and opinions on LGBTQ+. Notable among these panelists include A – Plus ( Musician cum politician), Arnold, James Gardener, and several others.
The host of the show MzGee, then handed the baton to Jackie Appiah to express her sincere knowledge on the matters of LGBTQ+. To the surprise of all viewers watching united showbiz on UTV, Jackie Appiah refused to comment on the issue. However, Jackie Appiah did not reveal the main reason she refused to speak about the issue of LGBTQ+ in Ghana.
In the view of Kwame A-plus, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo should have declared her stance on LGBTQ+ before the Vice President Of the United States of America. Kwame A-Plus added that Ghanaians should vote for only parliamentary and Presidential candidates who will openly declare their stance against LGBTQ+ in Ghana.
