Newly trained teachers have called on the Management of the National Teaching Council (NTC) to reorganize an induction for newly trained teachers who did not take part in the earlier one.
This program is to give those who missed the first one the opportunity to take part in this virtual programme virtual induction program by the Teaching Council.
The induction of newly trained teachers decision
The decision was reached after an appeal from the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) reached the National Teaching Council (NTC) on the need for the latter to consider the newly trained teachers who were not able to join the just ended program.
TTAG has called on all newly trained teachers who did not take part in the first program should forward their details to Public Relations Unit via 0240722057 for necessary arrangement.
The induction is a form of job training for newly qualified teachers as they are exposed to the nitty-gritty of the teaching profession.
