Job Vacancy For Credit Manager
A leading rural Bank operating in the Central Region has vacancies for the position of a Credit Manager.
Job Description
• The Credit Manager will be responsible for the overall credit management function of the bank
• He/She will also be responsible for establishing internal controls and processes for credit assessments, Restructuring, monitoring and recovery
Qualification Required & Experience
• A First Degree in Accounting / Banking / Finance / Economics / Management or similar qualification from a recognised university
• Professional qualification in CA (GH), ACCA, CIM, ACIB or relevant field is an added advantage
• High level of understanding of risk and credit management
• 5 years experience in banking credit management, with at least 3 years in a key management position
• Proficiency in the use of Accounting software such as, T24, MS Suite, etc is a must
• Well abreast with the financial regulatory environment
• Experience in the rural banking environment is preferred
