A reputable Rural Bank in the Eastern Region is seeking qualified personal to fill the following vacancy: Head of Banking Operations
Role Summary
• Responsible for re-engineering business process to improve customer services, cost effectiveness and others
• Direct and oversee the banking operations function relating to central operations, branch operations , trade service operations, treasury and card/electronic banking operations
• Responsible for establishing standards for work related policies and procedures
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a first degree in a relative discipline from a recognised university plus at least 10 years working experience in the banking industry with 3 years in senior management position or a relevant professional qualification plus at least 7 years post qualification experience in banking with at least 4 years in senior management position
• Experience in a rural banking environment is highly preferred and a knowledge in T24 software will be an advantage
Location: Eastern Region
