Job Vacancy For Head of Security (Taxi Company)

Main responsibilities

• protecting the interests of the company;
• conflict resolution;
• manage and direct the overall work of the security team and its individual members;
• elimination of theft;
• control of employees, performance of duties;
• conducting official investigations;
• communication with government agencies (police, firefighters, insurance companies, etc.);
• checking drivers for conscientiousness and honesty;
• constant holding of trainings;
• identification of the weakest points in the complex of existing security measures;
• departure of an employee to the place of an accident, home visits to clarify problems;
• direct, manage and implement the recruitment / dismissal of team members in accordance with agreed criteria.

Qualification Required & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the security companies with good reference;
• work in the police, service in the army or fire services – might be accepted as privilege, but not required;
• completed education;
• ability to use computer software;
• ability to work under pressure;
• valid driver’s license;
• excellent physical shape and readiness for physical work.

NB: You will be required to perform any other task as assigned by the General Manager
