The West African Examinations Council has officially released the final timetable of the 2023 Basic Education Certificate Exams.
It is already known that the 2023 BECE will commence on Monday, 7th August, 2023 and end on Friday, 11th August, 2023. The wait is over as WAEC releases the final timetable of the exams. This official and final timetable has been released on WAEC’s official website

Where the duration indicated on the question paper differs from what is on the timetable, the one on the question paper should be followed.
- EXTRA TIME FOR CANDIDATES WITH VISUAL AND HEARING IMPAIRMENT
Candidates with visual and hearing impairments are to be allowed an additional 50% of the time allotted to other candidates.
