Victor is a level 400 student, studying Settlement Planning.
Evidence collected implies that he was last seen on Monday, August 25, 2023, just after finishing his final examination paper.
According to reports by the school’s management, Victor had reached out to his mother, notifying her of his intent to return home after successfully finishing his last examination.
