The Censure committee sittings to probe Ofori-Atta after the Minority moved a motion for a Vote of censure on November 10th 2022.

Ghanaians have started reacting to the LIVESTREAMING of the Censure committee sittings to probe Ofori-Atta.

The committee has a week ultimatum to present a report and as usual, the Minister responsible for Finance appears in public with a nose mask. I won’t be disappointed if he appears tomorrow to inform the committee that he contracted Covid and needs 14 days to resuscitate.

Interesting days ahead.

Ghanaians are however asking questions as to why Hon. K T Hammond was put in charge of the committee.

“KT should have been doing funny comedies for us in Ghana. He is never serious as a politician”

We have sampled comments from the live feed which shows the general feeling of Ghanaians who are calling on the Finance Minister to resign instead of going through the committee sittings.

“The finance minister is tired, it seems he is sleeping. Old men with incompetent.”

“I feel embarrassed, why not just resign if you were serving Ghana and not someone or yourself?”

“THE FINANCE MINISTER SHOULD JUST SAY I HAVE SACKED MYSELF” AND LET’S END THE PROBE”

“Did I just hear KT saying he doesn’t buy fuel because he doesn’t have a car? Was he not the same person who a few weeks ago said he nearly fought a petrol station attendant after buying petrol and the bill was given to him?”

“Why is it difficult for ken to just resign to cut off all this brouhaha?”

“It will not go anywhere only unnecessary allowances they will take because clearly, the NDC will not go with any evidence”

There should be neutral REPRESENTATIVES in order to give us proper information and figures concerning the Ghanaian economy”

This seating was supposed to be chaired by neutral persons I think these people are all serving their political interests at the detriment of the state.
