Maria B receives backlash for supporting ban on ‘Joyland’

Maria B is receiving backlash for running a campaign against the transgender community and the Pakistani film “Joyland”.

The designer has been called out for hypocrisy for supporting the government’s ban on “Joyland”.

Maria B is not just one person. She represents the hypocrisy of the urban elite that enjoys all the perks of “liberalism” whilst extending their support to right wing extremists who hurt already vulnerable people and communities.
