The 2023 MTN Scholarships and Global Graduate Development Programme application period ends on November 30th 2022.
The programme aims at providing scholarship opportunities that help accelerate and develop graduates across countries where MTN has footprints and operates.
The Telecommunications giant through this programme offers a fast-track route for graduates with special critical talents who will be employed to fill very important positions at MTN.
The MTN Graduate Development Programme is unique, in that, it integrated formal development modules and job opportunities for successful applicants upon completion of the study. The formal components of the programme take place in the company’s three regional centres which are the Southern, Northern and Western Africa locations.
The programme blends learning experiences in areas of metaphoric immersive experiences, multiple digital and media channels and connection to social media platforms.
On-the-job development will take place locally where graduates are employed in MTN’s operating companies, and through job rotation. This is followed by the rotation of such applicants through MTN’s job rotation HR policies.
This allows for the in-role experience to be gained, the opportunity to interact with MTNs executive committee, monitoring and coaching.
The MTN Scholarships and Global Graduate Development Programme, therefore, provides an enviable stage for successfully selected applicants to enjoy bespoke development and very critical employment experience in MTN.
Who qualifies to apply for the MTN Scholarships and Global Graduate Development Programme?
Applicants must meet the following basic requirements
a. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and between the ages of 22 and 26.
b. Must have a 1st class or 2nd class degree from the university.
c. Must live in Africa and have valid official documentation
d. Must demonstrate the ability to enrol in the programme and excel should he or she be considered.
e. Must be ready for full-time engagement and training if chosen for the MTN Scholarships and Global Graduate Development Programme
