The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced its Fa Ninyinaa Education Policy for university students. Thus it will absorb 100% fees of fresh tertiary students for 2020/2021
The party says it will absorb 100% fees of tertiary students for 2020/2021. This was disclosed in a press release copied to GhanaEducation.Org.
What is the Fa Ninyinaa Education Policy of the NDC?
The Fa Ninyinaa policy will ensure full absorption of fees for freshly admitted tertiary students for the 2020/2021 academic year.
In the statement, the party indicated that; it has accepted to incorporate into its Peoples Manifesto, the recommendation of the Education Policy Group of the party.
This means that should the party win the 2020 polls, the next NDC government will absorb all the fees of Ghanaian students entering tertiary institutions in the 2020-2021 academic year.

The party has moved its Kyemupe policy on education to Fa Ninyinaa policy. TheKyemupe policy was supposed to make parents pay 50% of their ward’s fees. The updated version of the policy implied the government of Ghana will take care of all the fees of the students.
The party has also furthered that the flag bearer of the NDC will give further details in before the election.
