Use technology to deliver the new JHS CCP curriculum training – MoE, GES advised

If you said COVID-19 is one of the major hindrances to the JHS new CCP curriculum training, can we leverage technology? What about you letting the master trainers record comprehensive training videos, put them on storage devices like pen drives, attach copies of the curriculums, distribute them to all schools while District Training Officers are equipped to be on standby to provide further clarifications to teachers if the need be?Won’t we achieve the same results?
I understand we are not in normal times. Can we do something abnormal? Or I’m overthinking?
Shouldn’t getting the job done and done well be our ultimate goal?We have the training to offer teachers; we have an excuse, which is the ban on large gatherings. Shouldn’t that be the opportunity to explore other options which appear to be relatively cheaper, less stress and equally effective?
But you see, this mentality of “if our people won’t benefit, it’s a no go area”. That’s our problem.
