Required profile for job ad : Office ManagerExperience/Qualifications
- Have a tertiary certification in Administration or a related course.
- Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least a year of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions.
- Have at least three years of experience in administration
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech savvy – experience working with a variety of software, apps and CRM tools
- Possess excellent math skills, ability to manage general finances and petty cash.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Fast learner
- Detail-oriented
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a problem solver
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as the Google Suite of products – Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Slides, etc. with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including proven success in ability to present ideas and concepts effectively and persuasively.
- Good presentation as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and schedule management with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work effectively.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Ability to be thorough and precise when accomplishing a task with concern for all aspects of the job involved.

Work Modalities
- 5 days a week, Monday – Friday
- With seasonal and occasional events resulting in late night closure and work on weekends, prior notice will be provided.
Compensation
- The client will pay the annual NHIS renewal.
- Based on experience from 2,500 GHS
- All statutory payments to GRA, SSNIT, & Petra will be applied.
