Swedru Senior High School, popularly known as SWESCO is the first Ghana Education Trust school established by, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, in 1959. The school is located at Agona Swedru, in the central region of Ghana.

The mission of the school is to provide quality education and inculcate in students’ values that engender good moral character, integrity and empowers them to be responsible citizens after school.
