Although the video, recorded in the evening, did not show any harmed customers or casualties, the intensity of the exchange is evident. The motive behind such forceful measures to reclaim an alleged unpaid loan remains unclear.
As of now, Quick Credit Ghana has not released an official statement addressing the incident. GhanaWeb is actively seeking to establish contact with the affected restaurant to obtain their perspective on the matter.
This incident highlights the potential risks associated with debt recovery practices and the need for financial institutions to adhere to ethical and legal means when resolving unpaid loans. As the story unfolds, it prompts a larger conversation about the balance between debt recovery and respecting the rights and dignity of businesses and individuals involved in such processes.
