Rapper Ja Rule teams up with NGO to build classrooms in Ghana

Rapper Ja Rule, known for his contributions to the hip-hop scene, has embarked on a philanthropic journey to Ghana in collaboration with Pencils of Promise, an NGO dedicated to making quality education accessible to all children by building modern classrooms.
Together, they are set to transform the educational landscape of Nuaso, a town in the Eastern Region of Ghana, by constructing a six-unit classroom block for St. John’s Anglican Basic School.
During the groundbreaking ceremony, Ja Rule’s presence and words left a lasting impression on the attendees. He spoke of his pride and the importance of initiating such projects, emphasizing the enduring impact it would have on the community.
“I’m proud to be out here to have the audacity to come out here to build a school for my people,” Ja Rule remarked, highlighting the project as the start of something extraordinary for the local community.
