EDUCATION
He attended Presbyterian Boys School (PRESEC-Legon), Ghana.
At PRESEC, he was Vice President of the Scripture Union (SU). The Member of Parliament continued his education between the year 2002 and 2006 at University of Ghana. He studied and had his first Degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy.
Between the year 2005 and 2006 in University of Ghana as a student, he ruled as the President of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS).
Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa didn’t relax after his first degree. He pushed further for Masters at the University of Leicester in England where he had Master of Arts in Communication, Media and Public Relations.
Due to his political ambitions, he climbed higher for more certifications. “Ablakwa also holds a certificate in Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Governance, USA and a Master of Science in Defence and International Politics from the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College.”

POLITICAL CAREER
Okudzeto is a member of National Democratic Party (NDC). He was part of the members who worked on the NDC youth policies in the manifesto for campaign in 2008. He served as a member of a pro-masses pressure group, Committee for Joint Action (CJA).
Also, he is an Accredited Member (APR) of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR) in his home country Ghana.
He served as a Deputy Minister of Information between the year 2009 and 2013 for the Government of Ghana.
Moving forward, he became the Deputy Minister of Education between 2013 and 2016 for the Government of Ghana again.
Between 2007 and 2009, he worked as the Managing Director for Saavi Solutions.
He is the Member of Parliament for his Constituency, North Tongu since 2009 – till date.
