The 2020 SHS Placement Call Centres will be made available for each region, with specific numbers allocated for every region.
The general public will be required to call numbers that correspond with the region they are in.
To boost the confidence of the public, the Ghana Education Service has released pictures of the hard work and investments made which were not available to the public.
Below are some images. The call centres have been furnished. Laptops and internet facilities have been installed with the technical staff on duty to ensure all software and relevant data for assisting persons with issues are resolved.
The presence of COVID-19 and the 2019 experiences of overcrowding, fainting, and others meant the service had to resort to IT and remote support service centres such as the 2020 SHS Placement Call Centres being mounted.
It is hoped that the GES will release the school placements soon to ensure the 10th March 2021 reopening date is not missed and parents have enough time to prepare their wards for school.
