Start your journey to study in France at the 6th Ghana-France 2024 University Encounters on 6th & 8th February
Do you want to study in France? If yes, you have a great opportunity to start your journey to studying in France by attending the 6th Ghana-France 2024 University Encounters on the 6th and 8th of February, 2024.
The ‘6th Ghana-France 2024 University Encounters” is slated for February 6 and 8, 2024. The programme, which is been held for the sixth time, will reaffirm the commitment of France to Ghana towards strengthening scientific and academic ties between the two countries.
The 6th Ghana-France 2024 University Encounters will also include student fairs, which will showcase the study opportunities in France to Ghanaian talent in Accra and Kumasi.
The Higher Education and Research Conference 2024 was launched at GIMPA in Accra on February 5, 2024. Ghana’s Deputy Minister of Education, Hon. Ntim Fordjour, the French Ambassador to Ghana, Jules-Armand Aniambossou, the Deputy Director of Campus France Ghana, Éatrice Khaiat, and the Vice Rector of GIMPA, Dr. A. Akonnor, officially opened the 6th Ghana-France 2024 University Encounters.
The programme will serve as an institutional meeting with Ghanaian and French schools and student fairs in Accra and Kumasi.
During a week, 12 French higher education institutions will exchange information about cooperation with Ghanaian universities in Accra and Kumasi and present their programmes to local students during fairs.
The universities in France that will be present at the programme are CESI, IESEG, Institut Mines-Télécom, ESCP Business School, IMT Atlantique, Eklore-ed School of Management, and ISTEC Business School.
The education fair in Accra will be held at the Accra International Conference Centre on February 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Kumais edition will come off at the KNUST Great Hall from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the 18th.
Due to the Study in France Fair 2024, the Accra office of Campus France Ghana will be closed from Monday, February 5th, to February 7th. The Kumasi office will also close from Thursday, February 8th, to February 9th.
The Study in France Fair 2024 is expected to serve as the starting point of academic excellence in France for those who want to study abroad.
CampusFrance Ghana is one of the agencies of the French Embassy, which is related to the French Institute of Ghana. Its mandate, among other things, is to help students willing to go for studies in France with all the processes involved.

Ghanaian students seeking to study in France are encouraged to attend the education fair dubbed “Study in France Education. The first of the two fairs will be held in Accra on February 6th, while the Kumasi edition will take place on February 8th.
