Teacher licensure past questions portal (PortaPrep) opened – NTC
The chalk fraternity in Ghana at the Pre-tertiary level can now access the NTC Teacher licensure past questions from the newly launched PortaPrep by the NTC. This PortaPrep portal will aid teachers in their preparation for the GTLE.
“The GTLE past questions portal (PortaPrep) will be opened by the National Teaching Council from next week onwards as part of preparations for the writing of the next Ghana teacher licensure examination,” TTAG said in a press release.
In 2021 Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, Minister for Education charged the NTC to take proactive steps towards the creating of a questions bank portal where teachers preparing for the examination can access useful materials and past questions.
In May 2021, the massive failure recorded in the teacher licensure exams further informed the move to ensure the pass rate improves in the subsequent licensure examinations.
