The Law of Attraction works and backing it with positive thinking and prayer makes it more potent. But how did this happen?

It is very surprising that each time I put this issue up for discussion, people think I am a criminal. But, this judgment quickly changes and everyone begins to think deeper.

If you want to make GHS50,000 or cash this amount, you can also do it. Now, if you think this is some joke, it is time to stop reading because you may not be able to understand the power of positive thinking also known in other circles as the power of attraction.

The power of attracting has been one of the top secrets of successful people. They think of good things happening to them and attract them in the end.

I remember, two weeks before my wedding, something strange happened. All the budgets made, all the funds saved turned out to be just not enough as prices had escalated and little was left for. My brain started thinking and warming up with many ideas flashing through my mind.  I needed to get at least GHS5,000 to deal with the challenges we have envisaged. The amount was to help complete the wedding spending and have some cash available for the new family for at least the next three months.

I decided to close my mind to every thought that was negative and would discourage me. Even my closest friends and best man felt it was impossible to raise GHS5,000.

I left him and went into the bedroom to be alone, just in case an idea pops up. Somehow, I felt, I would get the money, but how?

I prayed to God and ask him to open a door of opportunity so that I can raise GHS5,000. It was a serious prayer that sounded funny given that, my monthly income was a peanut compared to this amount.

Just when I finished praying, I started telling myself, I will get this money, and this funds will be in my account, I see myself counting GHS5,000.

That evening, while getting ready to go to bed, I heard a voice that change my life. It said, before you sleep, take a piece of paper, cut it into the form of a cheque, just write the amount you need on it, pray and put it under your pillow, and sleep.

I did just that without questioning my thoughts. The next morning, I took the piece of paper on which I had written the GHS5,000 and looked at it. In my mind, I knew I was holding my cheque to cash the money from the bank. I kept believing and the positive affirmations I made were endless. I had a strong conviction this was going to happen.

Don’t you think the law of Attraction is working?

A day or two later, I called a friend and explained what was happening, and he was like… Ok, I have been thinking about you in recent times and did not know you were getting married. I will bring you some money, call me tomorrow. My excitement was calm, cool, and collected because I did not know the amount he was ready to give me. I had a chat with my sister about the issue, and she also discussed it with her husband. That evening, the man sent me GHS1500 which was enough money to take care of my worries, and asked me to take it easy and pay later when things are well and settled. Then my friend brought his promised funds of, GHS3500. When I took the money, I was in tears, because a miracle had happened.

Fast-forward to 2021, there was the need to exit from where  I was living in Accra to my own place I have been struggling to build. The troubles in the residence were stressful and very annoying. I needed funds to turn things around and move out, but things were very hard, and all plans had failed. Then I remembered what I did some 11 years ago and decided to give it a try again.

My friend, your thoughts define who you are. Do you know that, but wait a minute, if you do, why are you still failing after several attempts? Your thoughts define who you are, what are you thinking?

I had shared with my wife the story I had just narrated, and she was shocked when I opened up about it. In this new, difficult dispensation, I decided to attractive positive results using positive affirmations once again. In the presence of my wife, I took a piece of paper from an exercise book and wrote GHS30,000 on it, prayed about it, and placed it under my pillow. The next morning, I woke up, and the paper was not there, I asked my wife, and she said, she had not seen it. What! I screamed, then I said, I have it printed in my mind. This money was needed to roof our house and to move in as soon as possible.

I put out a small shop I had for rent, applied for a loan from a microfinance company, and looked forward to raising the needed money. Then, I heard a voice. It said, look, you do not need to raise GHS30,000 to help roof that house, you can get it done and pay in installments. How? Where? I remember It was a Thursday in early August 2021 and in the evening on my way home from work. I googled and saw this company that had put an advert online related to this very idea.

I called them but no one responded, the next day, a call came in and viola, they invited me to their office. We completed the documentation and I had to deposit at least 30% of the cost of the roofing. It took two weeks to do that. I had realized that the other sources I wanted to raise money from were not working and started thinking of other avenues. But the next few weeks saw a turnaround, the microfinance company granted a facility without asking for collateral and someone took up the shop and paid the rent. With these funds, we managed to do what seemed impossible. On the day we started packing out, we found the GHS30,000 cheque under the bed. I took it and smiled. This is the power of positive thinking and the power of the law of attraction.

I challenge you to start thinking and having a winning mentality and in doing this, do not forget the power of God to make things happen in your life.
