WAEC Releases 2026 WASSCE (SC) Examination Malpractice Results
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the 2026 WASSCE (SC) examination malpractice results. This is WAEC’s final collation of all students and schools suspected of engaging in some form of examination cheating during the assessment.
All candidates who sat the exam — whether school candidates or public and private SHS candidates — are advised to visit WAEC’s dedicated portal to check their status.
Students and schools that used foul means during the examination, whether or not they were caught by WAEC officials, are advised to check the portal for the status of their results.
What happens if you’re flagged
Students who find their details on the portal will need to honour WAEC’s invitation to assist the council with its investigations. This will help determine whether the affected subjects’ results are cancelled or withheld.
Both categories will appear on the portal:

- Students and schools whose entire results have been cancelled
- Students and schools who had one or more (but not all) subject results withheld or cancelled
Candidates and schools that find their details on the portal will not see their full results when WAEC officially releases them.

The release of the 2026 WASSCE (SC) malpractice results on WAEC’s irregularity portal signals that WAEC has completed marking the examination scripts and will release the full results in the coming weeks.
How to check your 2026 WASSCE (SC) malpractice status
If you engaged in any form of cheating and you were not caught during the examination, brace yourself for the shock of your life. Students whose results are cancelled, withheld, and later cancelled by WAEC cannot proceed to the tertiary level when the final results are released.
