According to the Deputy Education Minister, Rev Ntim Fordjour, the past questions booklet also contains suggested solutions aims to assist the final year students in their preparation for the examination.
The beneficiaries are to return the booklets to their respective schools after the examination for future use by other students. Candidates who do not return their copies of the Government of Ghana (GoG) past questions will not be able to assess their results.
“This time we want the past questions booklet to be a school property, we are putting in a system in place to ensure they become a school property just like the textbooks government procures for them,” the Reverend Minister stated.
“So it is not a practice that every year, we’re going to print. Because what has been printed this year, covers the period 2015 to 2020. So there’s no point in going to print another set of past questions and examiner’s report next year.”
