You have 7 houses, but your mother is homeless – DerrickManny drags Shatta Wale

A few days after dancehall artist Shatta Wale said he had seven houses, entertainment blogger Derrick Manny made fun of him.

Shatta Wale said a few days ago on TV3’s Showbiz 360 with Giovanni Clabe that a lot of people look down on him and don’t give him enough credit. He also said that he has made money from his music, even though some Ghanaians don’t take him seriously.

The head of SM was bragging about how he has seven houses all over the country where he parks some of his cars. He said that most of his coworkers rent apartments, which makes him more successful than them.

In response to what Shatta Wale said, blogger DerrickManny said in an interview on Onua FM’s Anigye mmere entertainment and lifestyle that the artist should give his mother a place to stay to prove that he has 7 houses.

“Why is your mom begging you for a place to stay if you have seven homes? You have seven houses, but your mother has nowhere to stay?”

“We all live in this country. When your mom said her rent was due, she was literally begging for help to pay it. And you say you have a bunch of houses and cars? Sometimes we have to face the truth. He brags about how much money he has, but he can’t even solve a simple problem. What kind of person are you then?” DerrickManny queried.

“He should tell us if he’s made a deal with his mom. Because his mom’s living space was open to everyone. We need to ask him questions about what he says. Give your mother a place to stay if you have seven homes, he said.
