Albert Nat Hyde popularly known as BongoIdeas has in a Tweet indicated that 10 reasons why he believes Hon. Kennedy Agyapong is never presidential material.

According to the controversial blogger and social media influencer, the following make the MP and business mogul bad presidential material.
  1. Hon. Kennedy Agyepong instigated the public against Ahmed Suale which had him killed.
  2. Hon. Kennedy Agyepong threatened to burn down the home of a former president.
  3. Hon. Kennedy Agyepong threatened judges, lawyers, and journalists and promised to harm them.
  4. Hon. Kennedy Agyepong should be behind bars by now.
  5. Hon. Kennedy Agyepong is embroiled in several corruption scandals.
  6. He refers to Northerners and Ewes as inferior human beings.
  7. He has zero credibility; and displays an abnormal level of uncouth behaviour.
  8. He has no track record and never contributed on the floor of parliament.
  9. He has terrible communication skills, poor English composition & lousy leadership qualities.
  10. From Nkrumah to Agyapong? That’ll be a suicidal choice. We’ve got better options.

Hon. Kennedy Agyepong emerged as the second with 132 Votes and will be going into the 4th November 2023 election to elect the Presidential candidate of the NPP as a force to reckon with.

In a related development, The NPP Top Five Presidential Candidates Aspirants have been elected with a tie between Boakye-Agyarko and Francis Adei Nimo.

According to the party’s constitution, if none of the two steps down, there will have to be a bye-election to break the tie.

Others have recommended that both should be added to the top 4 to make it a final content between 6 candidates instead of the five.

READ: NPP Top Five Presidential Candidate Aspirants For Nov. 4 Election

Below are the final results of the NPP Super Delegates Election held on 26th August 2023.

  1. Dr Mahamudu Bawumia – 629 Votes
  2. Kennedy Ohene Agyepong – 132 Votes
  3. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen – 95 Votes
  4. Afriyie Akoto –  36 Votes
  5. Boakye-Agyarko and Francis Adei Nimo obtained 9 Votes each.
