Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, have strong moral character and academic brilliance, and be in good mental and physical condition.
When applying for general scholarships, applicants must be under the age of 45.
When applying for senior scholarships, you must be under the age of 50.
At the time of application and throughout their projected stay in China, applicants must be registered as full-time students or full-time academic staff at one of CSC’s foreign partner universities.
