27th GJA Awards: Full List Of Winners
The 27th GJA awards ceremony, organized by the Ghana Journalists Association, took place this year with the theme ‘Utilizing media freedom to uphold the democratic and security framework – A crucial measure for the 2024 elections.’
During this event, exceptional journalists were honored for their remarkable contributions in different domains of journalism spanning various media platforms, marking a celebration of their dedication to excellence in the field.
Erastus Asare Donkor from the Multimedia Group Limited was recognized as the PAV Ansah GJA Journalist of the Year.
Erastus Donkor’s impactful piece titled “Destruction for Gold” earned him the top accolade among his peers, securing the highest honor. Additionally, he received an award in the category of illegal mining for his outstanding work.
