KNUST Medical and Dental School to Release Shortlisted Applicant Tomorrow at 8 AM

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) will release the Medical and Dental School shortlisted applicants tomorrow, Sunday, 5th January, at 8 am.

Students who applied for the two programmes are to check the status of their applications as announced.

WASSCE candidates who have applied for BSc Human Biology (Medicine) and have an aggregate of 8 or better should check the portal https://app.knust.edu.gh/admissions by 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, 5th January 2025.” The notice stated.

The admission office of the school added that the aggregate of applicants for the two programmes will be based on three core subjects: English Language, Integrated Science, and Mathematics, as well as three elective subjects: Chemistry, Biology, and either Physics or Elective Mathematics, whichever is better.

For candidates who applied with Advanced Level (A-Level), they must obtain an aggregate of 08 or better to stand a chance of being listed. Students are to check their status on the portal at https://app.knust.edu.gh/admissions by 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, 5th January 2025.

The Medical and Dental School shortlisted applicants for entrance examinations and interviews, which will be written on 6th January 2025.

Students who will be shortlisted for the examination and interviews are also required to pay an entrance examination fee of 350 Ghana cedis.

All applicants are to check their admission status at https://app.knust.edu.gh/admissions. For the avoidance of doubt, all applicants who did not get shortlisted on the portal were not successful.
