GES Activates New Digital Platform, Directs All Headteachers to Submit Details Now

GES Begins Nationwide Onboarding of Public School Heads Onto New Digital Management Platform
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has begun a nationwide onboarding exercise to register all public basic and senior high school heads onto its new official digital management platform. The move is part of the Service’s broader strategy to modernize administrative processes, improve communication, and enhance data accuracy across the education sector.
According to notices issued by various regional IT directorates, GES officers have started coordinating the submission of relevant personal and professional details of school heads. The information gathered will be uploaded to the central GES digital system to create a unified and reliable database for effective school management.
As part of the onboarding process, all headteachers are required to submit their details via an official online form provided by GES. The platform is designed to offer secure access to essential administrative tools, educational resources, official updates, and training opportunities.

GES has encouraged all public school heads who have not yet completed the online form to do so promptly to ensure seamless integration into the new system.
