  • Select “MTN Mobile Money” and enter the phone number from which the funds should be deducted.

  • Follow the prompts on your phone to approve the transaction by entering your MoMo PIN.

Option 2: USSD (Short Code) Payment

⚠️ STOP: AVOID THESE COMMON REGISTRATION ERRORS

Nearly 15% of applications are delayed due to simple mistakes. Ensure your 2026/27 enrollment is successful by checking these 5 areas:

  • 01.
Wrong Name Format:
Ensure your name matches the one on your Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) records exactly. Do not use nicknames or change the order of your names.
  • 02.
    Payment Reference Error:
When paying via Mobile Money, ensure you use “NSS” as your reference and confirm your PIN is entered correctly. Using the wrong PIN will result in payment failure.
  • 03.
    Invalid Photo Uploads:
Your passport-sized photo must have a white background and you must be in your nursing uniform. Casual photos will be rejected during the verification phase.
  • 04.
    Skipping the “Submit” Button:
After filling out the form and paying, many students forget to click the final “SUBMIT” button. Simply paying the GH₵41.00 fee does not mean you have registered.
  • 05.
    Deadline Ignorance:
The portal closes strictly on Friday, January 23, 2026. Do not wait until the final hour, as network congestion often leads to failed transactions.
