2020 Nov/Dec Results Release Date – WAEC Gives Hint

The 2020 Nov/Dec results are expected to be released soon per information reaching Ghanaeducation.org; The Nov/Dec results release date has changed due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, the release of the BECE 2020 school placement will precede the 2020 Nov/Dec results release.

What is the 2020 Nov/Dec Results Release Date?

The results will be released not later than April 30th, 2021, according to an insider.

The Management of (WAEC) is expected to release the provisional Nov/Dec results of candidates who sat for the 2020 edition of the WASSCE for Private examination.

The late conduct of the examination prevented potential tertiary students who had applied for admission from completing their registration for consideration.

Since the results were not out at the time of closing of admissions, such students would have to wait till 2022 admissions.

Candidates will remain anxious until the official 2020 Nov/Dec results release date is out.

A staff of WAEC has revealed to Ghanaeducation.org that the examining body’s decision to release last year’s Nov/Dec results this year follows the unexpected outbreak of the virus that delayed the conduct of the private examination.

“The WASSCE for Private or Nov/Dec results will be released to successful candidates in due course at https://ghana.waecdirect.org for them to check their results online with an access card”, he told Okyere Darko George.

How to check your Nov/Dec results

1. Log onto the WAEC results checking portal with an internet-connected device, we recommend using a computer and not a smartphone

2. On the next page, ‘Enter your Index Number’.

4. Select your Examination Year. For example, – 2020.

5. Enter the Serial Number found on the Voucher.

6. Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Voucher, for example,  012345678912.

7. Confirm your Index Number and Examination Year. This is to ensure that your examination information is correct.

8. Click on Submit and wait for the display text like this “I hereby agree that access to my results uploaded on-line shall be subject to inter alia, the following conditions” in the pop-up window to display.

9. Make your choice by clicking one of the buttons below.
