JUST IN: Ghana Meteorological Agency Releases Today’s Urgent Weather Forecast

In a statement released on October 7, 2022, the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA) says that it wants to give everyone in Ghana a 24-hour weather update.

Today, most of the country is likely to have weather that is mostly cloudy. At the time of the forecast, this is the case.

Based on where you are in Ghana, the coastal areas will be foggy this morning. The misty weather affects Koforidua, Axim, Takoradi, Akim Oda, Kete Krachi, Kintampo, Sefwi Bekwi, Obuasi, and other nearby small towns.

Importantly, care must be taken because Accra, Cape Coast, Kasoa, and Aflao, which are all in the upper part of Ghana, will all be cloudy.

This cloudiness is very high, and it’s more likely than usual that it will lead to rain.

As the day goes on, most places in the south can expect rain and storms with high winds. Even though it’s very likely that it will rain, the upper part of southern Ghana will probably be sunny.

So, the localist needs to keep an eye out. Nature can’t be predicted, so it’s hard to know what the weather will be like.

There’s a chance that clouds will come back late at night. People who live in those places will have to deal with very cold weather.

Also, the cloudy weather is likely to spread to the northern half of Ghana. It’s likely to last until the early morning or, more likely, until the late afternoon.

This early morning, it will be cloudy in Yendi, Bole, Bolgatanga, Tamale, Wale-wale, Bawku, Wa, Nalerigu, and other towns in the north.

As the day goes on, the sun will come out in the afternoon.
