Player of the Month for September went to Ghana forward Bernard Tekpetey, who played well for Ludogorets Razgrad in the Bulgaria First Professional Football League.
So far this season, Tekpetey has been on fire in Bulgaria. He has scored eight goals and set up five others in 23 games in all competitions.
He was one of the main reasons why Ludogorets beat AS Roma in the UEFA Europa League and didn’t lose any games in September.
Because of his great play, the 25-year-old has been put on Ghana’s provisional squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
