Easter has always been a public Holiday for teachers, schools, companies, and the general public. However, whether the GES will give students who just reported to school an Easter break has popped up.
Would 2021 SHS Students Easter Break and Holidays Be Granted By GES?
The Ghana Education Service is yet to release an official statement on this. Students have always returned home for the Easter break. Teachers just as any other workers in Ghana will break for the Easter festivities.
On the basis of the above, it is highly possible that the GES will break schools for the 2021 Easter by Thursday 2021.
When is Easter 2021 and the Easter holidays?
April 2 – Good Friday – It is always a public holiday and 2021 will not be an exception for students in SHS students and teachers.
April 3 – Holy Saturday.
April 4 – Easter Sunday.
April 5 – Easter Monday is always a holiday.
We project that 2021 SHS Students Easter Break and Holidays will be granted. SHS1 and Gold Track SHS2 students may be granted Easter breaks from Wednesday 31st March 2021 to Wednesday 7th April 2021.
