Is the WASSCE 2021 Official Timetable Out?

Our checks reveal that the timetable for 2021 The West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) timetable is not out. Students should ignore any rumours out there.

With the new reopening date for SHS 3 students now 5th May 2021, the Ghana Education Service has resolved that once the final year students report to school, they will not vacate until they have written their final examination.

Thus serious preparation toward the 2021 WASSCE will begin when students report on May 5th, 2021; effective teaching and learning will go on to help students and teachers use 1,080 instructional hours to complete their syllabus. They will have nearly 5 months of study to help prepare them for the examination.

What is the WASSCE 2021 examination date? 

Yesterday on Peace FM, the director-general said the WASSCE 2021 exams will begin with the practicals and that will start on August 19th, 2021 whiles the theory begins on 1st September 2021 and end on 8th October 2021.

But as it stands now, the 2021 WASSCE Official Timetable is yet to be published by WAEC. Students preparing for the 2021 exit examination for SHS are advised to stay calm and cling to our books.
