Avoid These Common Mistakes During WASSCE; Examiners May Have No Mercy On You When You Commit Them

There are several mistakes candidates make during examination that end up affecting their final results. During test or examination, any little mistake could either lead to the cancellation of the whole paper or it could lead to the deduction of marks.

Let’s take a look at some common mistakes WASSCE candidates often make at the examination hall that needs to be avoid at all cost. Examiners Will surely pen them down if such mistakes are committed.

1. Not writing your name on the answer booklet and question paper

It is advisable to write your name on both papers, especially  the answer booklet. Failure to do this could lead to grade F9 because WAEC wouldn’t know the owner of such paper.

2. Solving the easiest questions last

It is not right to solve the easiest questions last. What if the time beat you. Candidates should always go through all the questions. Look for the easiest ones and solve them first. This will make you relaxed and help you boost your confidence for the difficult ones.

3. Not Reading The Question Properly

Not reading the question properly could lead to examination failure. It could lead to giving wrong answers . If you don’t read a question carefully enough, your brain can easily trick you into thinking that the question is asking you something that it’s not, leading you to write a completely different answer that doesn’t solve the actual question you’ve been set.
