2023 WASSCE: Structure For Monday’s Social Studies Paper Revealed
Social Studies paper will be written on Monday, 28th August, 2023. It will be the only paper for that day and also the first core subject of the 2023 WASSCE. The paper will start at exactly 8:30 am. Candidates will spend 3 hours on the essay type questions and spend 50 minutes on the objectives test.
The paper has two parts PART A and PART B.
PART B
The PART B of this paper will be written first. The PART B has been divided into three sections namely Section A, B and C.
Section A
It contains four questions in all. Candidates will be asked to choose two from any of the four questions in this section. The questions here are all based on the Environment.
SECTION B
You will be asked to choose only one from the three questions in the section. The questions in this section will be based on governance, politics and stability.
SECTION C
You will be asked to select only one question from three questions in this section . This section is based on Social and Economic Development.

PART A(OBJECTIVES)
This part will be written after the PART 2. It is an objective test. Candidates Will be given a shading paper to answer these questions. It is made of 50 objective questions
